I just came across this website. There used to be a really great website online for Romanian food but it seems the evil AOL domain took it down.
After reading the zacusca recipe I also realized this is a Peace Corps website! I served from 2003-2005.
Te pup Dr. Dan, Roxana, Mirela and Marius if they're still around
